JMatch is a matching game written as a Java applet and is easily customized and integrated into any site. The game also has several variations available. It can be played either to match identical pictures or pictures that are not the same, but are related in some way (for example, match two different pictures of birds). JMatch can also display interesting facts about the subject of the picture when a match is made and even record and display a high score list.
You can see the game in action at sites such as the Smithsonian Institution's Arctic Studies Center's Polar Pairs, New York Kids' Big Apple Factoids, and Amateur Woodworker's Tool Match.
