Project Overview:
BookSense.com is a full service e-commerce project targeted toward helping independent booksellers develop their online presence and take advantage of the growing recognition of the Book Sense brand.
Booksellers who participate in the BookSense.com project have been given the choice of using a templated site, designed to make it easy for stores to get their sites up and running quickly or the self-authored Site option, which allows the bookseller to use the backend programming all BookSense.com stores use and customize the front end.
Objective Consulting, Inc's role with BookSense.com includes software and hardware architecture consulting, capacity and security planning and managing third party development, fulfillment and data providers.
We utilized various types of technology and approaches to create community building tools such as chat, polls and games and e-commerce tools.
